Paper work is always fun

Work
I didn't do much this week as I ran out of DNA so couldn't transfect. Though I went to a Health one symposium. Which was really interesting if some what long. I also knocked a lot of Health and Safety things off my list and that kind of stuff. Need to make all my solutions and DNA for next week.

Social
Was a quiet week with Nick doing various stuff. Tonight I am off to have dinner with Brair and eat curries. So tired last week.

Games
I resigned from playing Horde in WoW and got my alliance priest to lvl 20. But deep down I shall I always be Horde, it is part of your soul. Lok'tar Ogar for life.

Wellness
Well after my shocking week last week food and exercise wise I should have gained but I lost another 400g which was good. And I have decided to train for the Auckland 1/4 marathon. So 12km of running. Practise starts on Monday.

Cooking
I did this with chicken instead of potato, and served with couscous and garlic baked portabellos.
Savoury Wedges
Ingredients
4 large floury potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into wedges
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tbs each, canola oil, finely chopped coriander
1 red pepper, sliced1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup each, low salt tomato paste, water
2 tbs brown sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C, place all the ingredients in a large, flat baking dish. Toss to coat.Bake for 30 min or until the potatoes are tender. Turn once durning cooking, add a little extra water at the end of cooking if necessary to ensure a smooth, glossy coating.

Media
Watched Star Wars 2 and 3. Well 85% of them, to much emotional angst for me.

Projects
Glazing done on the bowl and fish. Picture of bowl will be up soon.
I think that with your IQ, you're unarmed and still VERY dangerous.
